I feel like crap

again this morning was hard to get through - and on top of it I threw my back out ........ hard to take the dogs out, but I managed around 8.30 - A neighbour has promised to come and take the dogs out for a longer walk, but at the moment it is raining cats and dogs ............... just cannot win - tried phoning the doctor but after 25 minutes gave up - I can send an email and get a reply on Monday - by Monday I can be dead and gone, the way I feel at the moment - back to bed and wait for the neighbour .........
